Cindy Kellems
I’ve had my Real Estate License since 1991 since I was employed in Commercial Real Estate. With over 30 years of Experience, Cindy was responsible for managing very large Regional Shopping Centers and also Commercial Office Buildings. After managing a Regional Shopping Center in the San Diego Area, Cindy was promoted to a Regional Leasing Manager and oversaw the Revenue production of 7 Regional malls in the San Diego, Orange County and Palm Desert Area.
In 2015, Cindy shifted her attention to helping friends and clients obtain their Real Estate goals. Her years of Business and Management experience has paved the way to provide an exceptional level of Customer Service for all of her clients. This change enabled Cindy to do what she loves most, help people achieve their Real Estate goals!! Cindy has a lot of experience in helping families dealing with Trust Sales, Probate Sales, Investment Sales, 1031 exchanges, First time Buyers, Etc. Her years of Business experience also help in her Leadership role in her Brokerage as well as mentoring new Agents.

In 2022, other family members joined Cindy to form was it is known as the Kellems Realty Project. Michael Kellems is a licensed General Contractor and plumber and often provides valuable insight and even completion of work when required. Mike Kellems, Cindy’s husband, has many years of Commercial Construction experience and is also very hands on in helping all our clients. What sets us apart? We help our clients determine what work should or should not be done to maximize the value of any home sale. The Team has worked with several out-of-town Sellers and provided all services needed to help bring the best financial outcome. Repairs and improvements should
only be done if warranted and will help achieve the most desirable outcome. We many resources available, we often offer the most economically feasible means to do this.
